Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or promotions.

Shipping Method

We offer simple flat-rate shipping on all orders.
Orders of $50 or more ship free.

All orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage with tracking.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. Delivery times may vary based on carrier and location.

Please be sure to enter your shipping address correctly at checkout. Coastline Bead Studio is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. If your package appears delayed or missing, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue so we can assist you.
